Smith&Wesson M&P 15-22 AR

With the 22 rifle being one of the most popular rifles in the American home, I would like to do this gear review on the Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22. This tactical rifle is chambered in a .22LR and the 22 platform offers the fit and feel of the company's popular M&P 15 rifle. While being chambered in the more economical ammunition. The upper and lower is made out of reinforced polymer. The benefits of it is that it helps reduce weight while retaining the look and operating features of the standard M&P 15. The barrel is 16 inches long with a 1 and 15 twist. It has a standard six position collapsible stock to accommodate a variety of shooters. This rifle comes with a A-3 style flat top upper receiver with a quad rail hand guard for easy mounting optional accessories and A2 pistol grip to improved firearm control. The M&P 15-22 comes with a fully functional charging handle and a AR15 style magazine release, bolt catch and a two position receiver mounted safety. It also has a 25 round magazine and A-2 style front post sight and A-2 rear sight with a single stage trigger. This has been my review of the 15-22, as always be careful and God Bless America.
